39th annual CP Nassau Golf and Tennis Tournament
The 39th annual CP Nassau Golf and Tennis Tournament was held on August 5th at the beautiful North Hills Country Club in Manhasset. We are so grateful to the members of the Mulligan Committee who work year-round to plan this event and to all the generous sponsors and donors! Thank you to all the golfers and tennis player for your participation and support! Also, a big thanks to all the volunteers who helped the CP Nassau staff with all the moving parts that this day requires to run smoothly and successfully! Thank you to North Hills staff. Thank you to Dave and Chris, talented singers who sang during the cocktail reception at the event. Thank you to Charlie Fleisch for sharing his story about how CP Nassau and the MOVE program is helping him have a new perspective: standing, rather than sitting in his wheelchair. Thank you to Mary, his sister who was instrumental in the demonstration Charlie participated in to show the group the difference this amazing equipment has made for him (and Mary!)Thank you to all who donated prizes to make the raffle fun and exciting. Congratulations to the Roosevelt HS students who were recognized by the Mulligan Committee for their academic, athletic and community achievements.
