As you have heard before, schools that serve students with special needs continue to fight on a legislative level to have our voices heard for parity in pay for our staff and our field. We have shared the salary differences and the lack of increases for over a decade. With new leadership in Albany and a strong advocate in Senator Mannion, we are at the table again!
