National STEM/STEAM Day Recognized At The Children’s Learning Center

Blog, Children's Learning Center

National STEM/STEAM Day is celebrated every year on November 8 to encourage kids to explore their interests in science, technology, engineering, arts and math careers. Students at the Children’s Learning Center gathered in the auditorium and created little pom-pom launchers!

Our CLC classes had lots of fun doing this project and learned a little bit of physics while creating and playing.

Celebrating this day helps encourage and inspire our young students to explore the field of STEM by highlighting its immense value and the role that these subjects play in innovation, problem-solving, and helping to make the world a better place.
