On Sunday, December 8 the Fox Hollow in Woodbury was the scene of dozens of young ladies in party dresses perfect for the holiday season, and lots of boys ready to greet a parade of characters from a galaxy far, far, away! At the third annual Sugar Plum Ball and Galactic Gala the fun started at noon and went non-stop until 4 pm!

Kids, ages 4 – 12, along with their dads, moms or other family members danced the afternoon away with the Sugar Plum Fairies, chatted with Barbie and Jessie from Toy Story, met and mingled with a host of Star Wars characters, enjoyed a magic show, experienced Jedi training, enjoyed face-painting, hula-hooping and other games and a sing-along with lovely friend from under the sea, Ariel!

The delicious sit-down lunch gave all a chance to take a break from all the activity for a while. Guests old and young made their own ice-cream sundae for dessert. Great selection of raffle prizes made for many happy winners and each young guest went home with an adorable Squishmallow to call their very own!

Special thanks to All-Star Party, the 501st Legion’s Empire City Garrison, Droid Builders Club, Royal Princess Prep, Saber Guild’s Empire Temple, Saber Guild’s Endo Temple and other volunteers and sponsors who made everything so special.
